There are many aspects of these resets that I love. One that is particularly powerful is the reduction of mental load the reset provides. The way I’ve designed it, it’s not adding to your to do list, it’s easing it. With the absence of counting and strict guidelines, and with providing the meal ideas, recipes, grocery lists, planning tool, and other gentle tools that are included our mental load around, what, when, and how to eat during this reset is reduced. Hallelujah! And what does this do for us besides helping us to nourish our bodies well with whole foods? It opens space, space to relax, to be, space for other things to come to the forefront. Space for healing. Oh and add to that the nourishing food that fuels our bodies well… oh so powerful! Just to mention a part of what these resets do for us. It’s such an honor to walk through these with you. 🙌🥰

I was listening to Brene Brown on a podcast yesterday and heard her share that we are neurobiologically hard wired to be in connection with people, in the absence of connection there is always suffering. Taking this back to my earlier post today... It's interesting to me that so many of us in the menopause transition and beyond phase find ourselves sheltering in, away from others. And at the same time we find ourselves feeling lonely. I get it. Our energy, emotions, physical wellness and ability seems to be every changing day to day and throughout the day during this time. And it brings us to a place of just going home, staying home, etc. But we need the connection. Maybe we need it a little differently, for a time being. Maybe we need a space with no expectations or responsibilities. Just come in as us in that moment. A space to not only just be but to exhale, because we are not judged, but seen, heard, and understood. We're creating something beautiful. I hope you come check it out. Open yourself to laying down the weight and receiving compassion and understanding.

Just curious, are you finding yourself spending less time outside the house? Not making plans, ok when plans are cancelled. Once you're home for the day, not wanting to go out again? Same. And yet at the same time longing for community, to be engaged with other women in the same season, who get it when talking about my body, feelings, and everything else that's shifting. It's lonely. I took some time, asked around, and that's how our Saturday morning Women's Cicles for Midlife were born. Not another thing to do. A place to just show up as you are, be who you are, feel understood, no judgment, no expectations...and exhale. Something beautiful happens when women gather in circles, we begin to soften, to heal, to feel strong again. Each month will have a gentle theme. THIS Saturday we are talking about the beauty of Fall and how it shows us to let go and lay down what's no longer serving us. Our circles are open to all women in the midlife season, perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Gentle conversation, some journal prompts, a warm beverage, and others who get it. You’ll leave feeling lighter, seen and heard, and with a few tools in your toolbox. This is your invitation. Come join us!

Why a 21-day Whole Food Reset? This isn't your typical reset challenge, this is gentle, nourishing, customizable. It's pouring into ourselves as we also let go of what is no longer serving us. Not just letting go of the foods that don't serve us, but also the inflammation, bloat, heaviness.. to create space for clarity, energy and mood stability.
In this midlife season, especially as we navigate the shifts of perimenopause and menopause, it's more important than ever to slow down, listen in, and care for our bodies with intention and compassion.
It's so much more than food.
But food is one of the powerful foundations that sets the stage for everything else.

I'm doing a fall 21 day reset. It's time. Time for a gentle shift back or forward into the rhythms that ground us. We'll lean into food as our guide. Our fuel and gentle support of not just our bodies, but our minds, emotions, and hormones. Returning to self before we rush into and through the holiday season. A gentle preparation of not only care for ourselves now but also to allow us to be more present, feel well, and enjoy this beautiful season we're stepping into. Come join me midlife mama's! Monthly Midlife Women’s Circles will be starting back up in October!

This is a time for women in Midlife to come as we are, no expectations and be in community with those who get it. A soft place to land, to exhale, and find support in this season of change.

We meet for 90 minutes and I’m wondering which do you prefer? Saturday mornings 9:30-11am or Wednesday evenings 6:30-8pm?
