There are many aspects of these resets that I love. One that is particularly powerful is the reduction of mental load the reset provides. The way I’ve designed it, it’s not adding to your to do list, it’s easing it. With the absence of counting and strict guidelines, and with providing the meal ideas, recipes, grocery lists, planning tool, and other gentle tools that are included our mental load around, what, when, and how to eat during this reset is reduced. Hallelujah! And what does this do for us besides helping us to nourish our bodies well with whole foods? It opens space, space to relax, to be, space for other things to come to the forefront. Space for healing. Oh and add to that the nourishing food that fuels our bodies well… oh so powerful! Just to mention a part of what these resets do for us. It’s such an honor to walk through these with you. 🙌🥰
