12/4 @ 4:10 & 4:20pm (existing patients), & 5:50pm (new or existing)
12/9 @ 3:40pm & 3:50pm (existing patients), 4:30pm (new patient or 3 existing patient spots)
12/11 @4:10, 4:20 & 5:50pm (existing patients).
