DREAM IT, DO IT!

It was a great day meeting over 800 students from schools across southeast Alabama and sharing all the things about a career in health care and what SARHA’s Mobile Health Unit does at Abbeville’s DREAM IT, DO IT Day!

Students learned all about how to properly listen to heart sounds, and how to check blood pressure like a pro from Dr. Hayley Lewis from SARHA’s Abbeville Family Health Center!

It was a full day of fun and learning! Thank you to everyone who played a part in putting this event on!

We had the best day at Pike Liberal Arts Career on Wheels Fair telling all about what doctors & nurses do, and what community relations is, too! 😀

We got to hang out with some really smart Kindergarten - 4th graders and hear all about what they want to be when they grow up! And, they took the best care of our sweet patient, Henry!!

Henry, our big, beloved bear was the best patient & lots of good Doctors and Nurses took great care of him!

It was a good day on the SARHA “Doctor Bus” getting to see so many familiar faces, share lots of information about careers in healthcare and tell about all the things SARHA’s Mobile Unit does 💚💛
