We're excited to spotlight Cindy Caldwell, who joined the NIVA Health team in August 2025!

For Cindy, the most rewarding part of the job is "Interacting with patients and providers and forming new connections." She recently shared a powerful reminder of this. After a tough morning with difficult calls, she made the next call anyway. The patient simply needed someone to listen without impatience. By giving him that time, she made his day, and he ended the call with "an abundance of gratitude."

Her key to success is "Multitasking and being ahead of the curve." Her advice to new case managers is to "Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Learning takes place in many forms."

Our Case Manager Appreciation month continues!

This week, we are honored to spotlight Lebo Makutu, who has been guiding our patients since March 2025. For Lebo, the most rewarding part of her job is "seeing their progress in wound healing... I get to walk the journey with them step by step."
