2023 was probably the worst year of both our lives…

It was full of uncertainty, conflict, serious illness, and major shifts…including career changes for both of us.

While entrepreneurship can be terrifying, it’s also empowering and exciting, and I’m excited to share that Evolution Coaching will be launching in February 2024!

Evolution Coaching was born out of Paul’s desire to show busy people that they can achieve optimal wellness.

Paul will be training clients in person at Hybrid Strength & Fitness in Tipp City, but he is also accepting applications for remote personal training and wellness coaching.

Our team is growing and it’s time we introduce our newest team members!

Meet Coach Amelia 👋🏼

Amelia is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, & Corrective Exercise Specialist and she is incredibly passionate about helping women understand that the ere are so many simple things we can do to better our lives!

She is married to her husband and together they have two dogs. She’s moved across the country twice and now lives back in Wisconsin. I’m her free time she lives embroidery, sketching, baking, and reading.

Amelia will be taking on clients very soon and her ideal clients are women who want to learn how to better their lives through movement, proper nutrition, and are willing to take the steps (even in those are baby steps) to make the best of their lives!

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but…

knowledge is power 🤓

1. Dietary fat is necessary for hormone production. Fat doesn’t make you fat.

2. Stop worrying about the sodium and start reading ingredient labels on high-sodium processed foods.

3. Eating organic food can and will reduce your exposure to toxic pesticides, fungicides, & herbicides. According to the CDC’s “National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey" glyphosate (an herbicide known to cause cancer) was found in 80% of urine samples of American’s ages 6 and older.

4. Animal meat is not detrimental to your health. If you choose not to consume animal products, that’s your prerogative, but processed “plant meats” are not better for the human body than animal products.

5. The U.S. government is not here to protect you. The USDA & FDA do a very poor job regulating what can and cannot be sold in stores despite heaps of evidence of the dangers of toxins in our food supply.

Determined to lose some weight, tone up and create a solid routine before heading back to school as a high school English teacher, Erika began working with us back in June. Since then, she has blown us way with her dedication to her health!
