Bulletproofing the knee, one movement at a time.

Today’s lineup:
1. Front Foot Elevated Split Squat
2. Curtsy Lunge
3. Eccentric Kettlebell Squat

Each of these targeted exercises focuses on rebuilding strength, control, and stability after surgery, helping this patient move with more confidence and less pain.

By challenging balance, improving eccentric control, and strengthening supporting muscles, we’re setting the foundation for long-term joint health.

Our goal isn’t just recovery, it’s resilience.

This past weekend, we were honored to host Dr. Erica Boland and Dr. Lindsay Mumma for MoveMentors: Perinatal Manual Care (the largest MoveMentors course to date with 30 registrants! 🥳)

Throughout the weekend, Erica and Lindsay demonstrated how to transition patients from the treatment room to the gym and back into normal activities postpartum, bridging the gap between rehab and real life.

We’re proud to help bring education like this to our community and continue advancing perinatal care.

Lumbar stenosis is a common cause of lower back pain, stiffness, and even leg discomfort especially in adults over 50. It occurs when the spinal canal narrows, putting extra pressure on the nerves that travel through the lower back.

In this clip, Dr. Evan uses lumbar flexion, which gently increases space within the spine to help reduce nerve compression and ease discomfort. This type of movement-based care can improve flexibility, relieve tension, and help patients move more comfortably throughout their day.

At Wi******er Spine & Sport, we focus on restoring function through safe, individualized treatment plans, helping you move better and feel better.

Sorry, she can’t hear you, she’s kinda busy 💁‍♀️

Our Chiropractic Assistant, Danielle, stays busy helping patients move with confidence, rebuild strength, and understand how small corrections can make a big impact on function and comfort.

Here, she’s guiding a patient through DNS progressions focused on lumbar stability and lower extremity activation, building strength and control from the ground up.

At Wi******er Spine & Sport, we use DNS to help retrain the body’s movement patterns for long-term stability, balance, and performance.

At Wi******er Spine & Sport, chiropractic care is just the beginning.

Each of our doctors brings a unique set of skills and specialized training to help patients move better, recover faster, and take control of their long-term health. From functional medicine and strength training to sports rehabilitation and research-driven treatment, our team takes an integrated approach to care that goes beyond adjustments.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward peak performance, our clinicians meet you where you are, combining evidence-based chiropractic care with movement, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies that support your whole-body wellness.

Because when expertise and collaboration come together, care looks a little different… and the results speak for themselves.

The Troy Buchanan High School football team has officially clinched at least a share of the conference title and if they bring home a win against Fort Zumwalt West this week, they’ll secure the title outright!

Dr. Pete has been on the sidelines all season long, working alongside the athletic trainer to keep players healthy and performing at their best. We’re proud to support these athletes and the Trojan community. Go get that title, Trojans!fr

Global Influence. Local Focus.

Our mission is simple: Help our patients reach and exceed their health goals–performing better in life and sport. We serve as one of the few practices in the country to offer chiropractic manipulation (adjusting), soft-tissue techniques, therapeutic rehabilitation, acupuncture and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS). And, we’re growing–adding functional medicine, nutrition and functional training to our comprehensive patient services.
