When athletes show up ready to work, great things happen.

Right now we’re building:
• First-step explosiveness for the 40-yard dash
• Lower-half force production
• Rotational power for baseball

A 10/10 session consisting of — locking in, high effort, dialed focus.

Performance isn’t random. It’s intentional.
This is how real progress gets built.

Respect to him for the work he’s putting in. Excited for what’s ahead.

Since 1934, we’ve debated whether the disc is truly a pain generator. After decades of shifting theories, we’re seeing a resurgence in understanding its role in both lumbar and cervical spine conditions.

At the MPI Masters Series: The Disc, we’ll break down:

✔️ How to assess if a disc is involved
✔️ Interpreting exam findings + patient history
✔️ Integrating exercise into disc management
✔️ Manipulation, mechanics, and rehab strategies

Join us in Chicago, June 6–7 at National University of Health Sciences.

Featuring:
• Brett Wi******er, DC
• Mark King, DC
• Tom Lotus, DC

For chiropractors who want clarity — not confusion — when managing disc patients.

TMJ dysfunction is far more complex than most people realize.

Disk displacement, closed lock, bruxism, and neurological involvement all play a role — which is why effective treatment requires a deeper understanding of how the jaw, nervous system, and cervical spine work together.

On February 21–22, 2026, we’ll be hosting an advanced TMJ seminar at Wi******er Spine & Sport in Troy, MO, diving deep into the full clinical picture of TMJ dysfunction and its connection to the cervical spine.

Education like this allows us to serve patients at a higher level and continue raising the standard of care.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out for DNS A this weekend.

We had a completely full seminar, a major snowstorm, and still had an incredible group show up ready to learn, grow, and sharpen their clinical skills. That speaks volumes about the dedication of this community.

We’re grateful for every student and clinician who invested their time into becoming better providers — and for the instructors who delivered an outstanding learning experience.

Events like this remind us why we love what we do.

Thank you all for being part of it.

It’s never about where you start — it’s about what you build!

After getting back into dirt bike racing, this member realized his body needed more than just motivation — it needed structure, strength, and balance.

A year later, he’s stronger, more stable, and moving with confidence again!

This is what functional training is designed for:
real life, real hobbies, and staying capable of doing what you love.

If you’re a patient who comes in on a Wednesday morning, you may have caught a glimpse of this before your appointment.

This is the behind the scenes for our monthly staff meeting, where we review clinical goals, personal areas for growth, and bigger-picture conversations about how we continue to improve as a team and as a clinic.

We talk through patient care, communication, systems, and how to keep doing meaningful work while getting better results for the people we serve. It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t happen by accident, it’s intentional!

We always look forward to these meetings and wanted to give you a small sneak peek behind the scenes.
