Health Partners Free Clinic Health Partners Free Clinic provides free, quality medical care for the uninsured and underserved res Duke Health Center.

HPFC started in 1992 in space provided by the Miami County Health District. We were able to provide a total of four hours of free medical care per week. Health Partners Board of Directors responded to the huge and growing need for our services by purchasing land and constructing a new building – the Paul G. Since moving into the new facility we now offer up to 56 hours per week of free medical care. We have tripled the number of patients for whom we provide care. We are also able to provide care for patients with chronic health problems such as diabetes, hypertension and chronic lung disease.

It's that time again! Shared Harvest Foodbank will be at Upper Valley Career Center with lots of food! This is open to Miami County Residents, please bring an ID and a piece of mail with you! You won't have to leave your vehicle, and the food will be loaded for you but some awesome volunteers!
