Amaryllis has truly gone above and beyond! As a Behavior Technician and our Night Manager, she consistently leads with initiative, creativity, and care. 💗

🧠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭:
Amaryllis stepped up—assisting with training, supporting wherever needed, and handling new responsibilities with confidence. She can cover any client seamlessly and leads by example, often jumping into action before being asked. Her reliability and leadership have made her a trusted and invaluable part of the Caliber team.

🎨 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Amaryllis brings creativity and heart to everything she does. She plans many of our kids’ events and parent outings, painted our sensory room, and is now adding her artistic touch to the parent training room!🎨

🎓 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤:
She’s currently a student at Wayne State University studying psychology with hopes of becoming a BCBA. Outside of Caliber, she teaches Sunday school and enjoys spending time with her friends and fiancé, whom she’ll be marrying in October 2026. 💍

We’re so grateful for all that Amaryllis brings to our team—her leadership, creativity, and compassion truly make Caliber shine!
