🦫 If Groundhog Day feels a little too real… you’re not alone.
Wake up. Coffee. Stress. Repeat.
Emotions on loop. Thoughts that won’t quit. Same patterns, same arguments, same stuck.
Sometimes it’s not just a bad day — it’s burnout. Or trauma reenactment. Or emotional autopilot.
If your life feels like the same day on repeat, let’s hit pause. You don’t have to stay stuck in the loop.
💬 Our care team can help you break the cycle — with structure, support, and a plan for change.

“I take this personally. My goal is to help clients feel seen from the very first conversation.” — Tony Howey, Scheduling Coordinator at River’s Bend
At River’s Bend, healing starts with connection.
After someone completes our Let’s Get Started form, our clinical care team reaches out to understand the client’s needs — emotionally, logistically, and clinically. From there, Tony ensures they’re matched with the right therapist, schedule, and treatment setting.
It’s not just a warm handoff. It’s the foundation of trust, access, and personalized care.
🧭 Know someone ready to start? Encourage them to fill out the form — we’ll take it from there.

River’s Bend leadership visited The Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ — a nationally renowned program known for over 45 years of excellence in trauma, addiction, and mental health treatment. 🧠💚

We toured the stunning grounds with the legendary Dr. Claudia Black, whose pioneering work in behavioral health continues to inspire our clinical team. The visit included a tour of the Claudia Black Center, and conversations about deep, lasting healing — the same kind we seek to foster at River’s Bend.

As a referral partner, we believe in truly knowing the inpatient programs we recommend. Visiting trusted facilities like The Meadows ensures our clients receive seamless, high-quality step-down care when they transition to our IOP and PHP programs back in Michigan.

Also, a little bonus: they got to escape the snow for some sunshine and hiking 🌵☀️

🤝 If you operate an outstanding facility like The Meadows, we’d love to connect and explore how we can collaborate. Send us a message or email us to start a conversation.

Reflections on Kevin’s Song & A Concert of Healing

This past week, I attended the 10th Annual Kevin’s Song Su***de Prevention Education Summit, and I can honestly say it changed me.

The entire event was powerful, but one moment in particular struck a deep chord. At the dinner, students from the University of Michigan’s Musical Theatre program performed songs from The Greatest Showman during their amazing Concert of Hope and Healing.
As I listened to their beautiful voices, something inside me cracked open. I thought about the people I’ve met over the years who feel alone in their struggle, especially our youth, and the weight of grief carried by families who have lost loved ones to su***de.

I spent the weekend listening to the soundtrack on repeat, feeling the intensity of this country’s collective pain, confusion, and unrest. There is so much emotion beneath the surface for so many people. And it reminded me why I do this work.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost, or alone, please reach out. Whether we connect you to help at River’s Bend or somewhere else entirely, I promise: We will do everything we can to help you find the right path forward.

With gratitude,
Bruce Goldberg
