For the last 10 years, she's been "a beacon of compassion, commitment, and positivity" at Eddy Memorial. Sharon Cossey began her journey here as a CNA and quickly became known for her heartfelt care and deep connection with our residents. Her empathy and attentiveness made her a favorite among residents, families, and staff alike. Then 4 1/2 years ago, she became the senior secretary for both of our long-term care units and she’s been nothing short of exceptional ever since! Sharon's organizational skills are unmatched, her person-centered approach is inspiring, and her ability to keep everything running smoothly is a gift to all here! And when the need arises? Sharon doesn’t hesitate to jump right back in to help as a CNA, showing her unwavering dedication to both her team and our residents. What also sets Sharon apart is her infectious positivity. She arrives early every day, always with a smile and a heart full of kindness. Her presence makes EMGC not just a place to work—but a place to thrive.
