Looking for simple ways to help your kids build healthier eating habits?
Dr. Christina shares 6 easy nutrition tips for families.

✨ Healthy eating made simple:

🥕 Plan meals ahead – saves money and helps you serve more nutritious meals
📦 Read ingredient labels – aim for foods with fewer ingredients
🍎 Encourage healthy snacks – portion them out and avoid snacking in front of the TV
💧 Drink more water – thirst is often mistaken for hunger
🥦 Keep offering new foods – picky eaters often need multiple tries
🍇 Prep fruits & veggies – wash, cut, and portion for easy grab-and-go

Coughing… for better or worse? 🤧

Most coughs in kids are caused by common viral illnesses and colds (and yes — they can get a lot each year!). Coughing actually helps clear the airways and protect the lungs.

But if your child’s cough is frequent, lasting several days, waking them at night, causing wheezing or shortness of breath, or comes with vomiting — it’s time to check in with us.

You know your child best. If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and reach out to our office. 💙
