I am so deeply appreciative for the 9 people who attended today’s reiki share🙏🏻 We welcomed those trained/attuned and people interested in experiencing, receiving, and holding space. It was a beautiful weaving of energy, and I’m already looking forward to next month! We will hold a reiki share again on Sunday March 29th 10a-11:30a. Reiki is a light (or no) touch energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and personal growth.

A reiki share is a gathering for anyone who is interested in practicing their Reiki skills, or curious about experiencing Reiki and its benefits. No prior experience or attunement is required to participate.

Participants will have opportunities to give and/or receive reiki in small groups or pair up with one another.

The entire experience is VERY BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

*This is a donation-based event so please offer what you can. Monetary love offerings are greatly appreciated, but not expected.
*Reiki Share Held on the last Sunday of every month from 10:00 to 11:30am

Working with masks🎭 What we choose to show vs what we tend to hide. How we present it vs how we really feel deep down. Is there any separation to these aspects of self or do they interplay in a dance? Does a shift on one side have a result on the opposite side? Like a snapshot of our inner world-art can be a powerful experience of seeing, knowing, and feeling.
