Even wellness professionals get injured.

We live in a culture that glorifies pushing through, powering on, and staying productive — even when our bodies are asking for pause.

But healing requires stillness.

When you pause:

But today, I want to gently expand that.

Love is not just romance.
Love is patience.

Love is how you treat your body when it’s tired.
Love is how you show up for others — without abandoning yourself.

Kindness is not weakness.

Well… life happens.

I had an unexpected hand injury last Saturday night that required stitches and a short period of immobilization. While I heal, I’ll need to pause hands-on work for at least the next few days, if not weeks.

The good news: you are absolutely still supported. Crystal will be available during my recovery, and I trust her work completely. If you’ve been curious about working with her, this is a great time to give her a try.

We’ll be reaching out to help shuffle schedules and make sure everyone is taken care of. Thank you so much for your patience, flexibility, and kindness — it truly means a lot.
