It is with heavy hearts we share the loss of our dear Penni. She truly was the kindest, gentlest soul and an incredible woman of faith. She had a world of knowledge about all things holistic health, and would do anything to help someone improve their health. The number of lives she touched is absolutely remarkable. Almost everyone that knew her has a story about how she transformed their health journey, myself included. She was an incredible inspiration, and losing her is a massive loss for the whole community. 💔
In 2023 we were both going through rough patches in our lives, and it was a total God thing when I told her about this crazy idea I had- at just the right time she came to work at Rest & Renewal. She was with me from the beginning, even before I opened, and it was just us…she was my absolute right hand person. It’s been a wild and bumpy road starting a small business, and it was so reassuring to have such a steady, stable force in there with me for almost 2 years. She went above and beyond and cared so much for customers and treated the shop like it was her own. 🤍
There are tiny pieces of Penni all over Rest & Renewal. The salt cave was her happy place (since she couldn’t always get to a beach!) She believed in everything it was about and so loved the peace this space brought her and so many.
I am so very thankful to have had Penni as a dear friend for many years and dedicated worker. She loved our customers, and would always says we had the best, sweetest customers around. She was so grateful to have gotten to know you all. 💕
We absolutely welcome prayers as our hearts heal from this huge loss. If anyone would like to drop off a card to the family, I will make sure it gets to them.
