That journey inspired me to create this unique environment of relaxing and rejuvenating services designed to offer an escape from everyday pressures. In less than one month, two precious souls in my day-to-day life were gone way too soon- Penni & Ashley, two of the most genuine, sweetest people I have ever known. They were total gems with the biggest hearts for helping others and both made such a powerful difference in countless lives. I am forever grateful to have known them.

This truly has been one of the most difficult months, and I’m just so sorry to all of you who are also processing so much pain and grief. Please make sure you lean on friends and find supportive community. Seek ways to find joy again. Hold onto hope and most definitely your faith. All our aching hearts can bond together and hold onto one another during this hard time.

I wanted to remind you that Rest & Renewal was created to help provide a space for you to take care of yourself, especially during hard times. For the month of March, we are extending a discount on all of our services to you 🤍 Mention this post and receive 30% off of **ALL of our services for the entire month of March.
