When I first walked into a hot yoga studio, I couldn't touch my toes. I couldn't even touch my shins. My hamstrings felt like steel cables.😬

True story: My teachers actually felt sorry for me because I was so tight! But if you think you’re “too stiff” for yoga, you are exactly where you need to be. Flexibility isn't the prerequisite; it's the result.
