Our Yoga Strength Class is designed to introduce intelligent, moderate loading into your practice to help build resilience from the inside out.
Why does this matter?
Because your connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons and fascia, respond to stress. When applied mindfully, that stress helps them become stronger, more adaptable, and better supported over time.
In this class, you'll experience:
- Controlled, strength-based holds in familiar yoga shapes
- Slow, intentional transitions that increase time under tension
- Weights and props to add load and challenge stability
This isn’t about intensity for intensity’s sake.
It’s about training your body to move with greater support, stability, and longevity so your yoga practice can evolve with you, not against you.
