To keep things seamless, we’ve already recreated your account and transferred over your memberships, credits, and upcoming bookings. Nothing for you to worry about and hopefully just a smoother experience moving forward.

🌸 Welcome Home, Yogis! 🌸

Our Explore Yogis have just returned from their 6th international yoga retreat, a breathtaking week in the heart of Provence, France. A week of wine tasting, chef prepared meals, yoga, walks under the French sky & lot's of adventure.

A special thank you to Marie, who led this retreat with such wisdom and care, guiding practices, creating community, and making this journey one to remember.

And if you’re dreaming of your own yoga getaway, join us in…

🌴 Costa Rica (February 2026) – Currently full, must join waitlist in the next week for us to attempt to add additional rooms. After that it will be officially sold out.

🇬🇷 Greece (September 2026) – Double rooms available, single rooms waitlist only.

We're currently contemplating where to go in 2027. All suggestions welcome!

Join us for our next Museum Yoga class is this Thursday August 28 at 6pm! Instructors from Troy-based Explore Yoga will lead students through yoga postures and breathwork in classes appropriate for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. You will need to bring your own mat!
