Whitney Barron, Troy Regional’s education coordinator, has been hard at work with various classes for our employees.

Last week, Whitney taught a class on crisis prevention. CPI, or the Crisis Prevention Institute, is a leading provider of de-escalation training for healthcare organizations. CPI training equips staff with the skills to recognize and prevent workplace violence involving patients, families, and visitors.
