Most people think jaw pain and sinus pressure are just… local issues.
But your body doesn’t work in isolated parts.
Your jaw, neck, diaphragm, and pelvic floor all work together as one. It’s connected through fascia, breathing, and your lovely nervous system.
So when the jaw is tight or restricted, it can change how you breathe…
And when your breathing changes, well, your pelvic floor function changes too.
This is why pelvic floor health isn’t just for postpartum. It’s essential for everyone, especially athletes who need stability, pressure control when competing or lifting.
In this session, I’m working on sinus pressure points and doing internal jaw release to help restore better movement and balance throughout the body.
Because when you improve function in one area, you can unlock changes everywhere.
