Stefanie Sowry – District 2 Front-Line Supervisor Award Winner
Stefanie was nominated by Chandra Thompson and Brittany Kerr for the Front-Line Supervisor Award, and we are thrilled to announce that she was selected as the District 2 winner!
The full nomination letter will be shared in our upcoming newsletter, but here’s a short excerpt that captures why Stefanie is so deserving of this honor from her supervisor:
As Stefanie’s direct supervisor, she inspires me daily with her passion for the people we serve, her willingness to sacrifice herself for the mission and her servant’s heart in everything that she does. I recently completed Stefanie’s mid-year evaluation, and this is what I had to say about Stefanie, “Stefanie focuses heavily on teamwork, quality services, best practices and growth. She has a growth mindset that sees challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement. She keeps an open door, providing an environment for her staff to feel safe to express concerns, ideas and make mistakes. Stefanie is a bold leader, that gives grace abundantly, takes responsibility for her team and empowers individuals to embrace challenges, nourish relationships, and foster hope. Through Stefanie’s leadership, it is evident that there is increased productivity, efficiency and investment in quality services.”
Michelle Ogle – 2025 ADVANCE Provider Leadership Program
We are also proud to recognize Michelle Ogle for being selected to participate in the 2025 ADVANCE Provider Leadership Training through OPRA!
Participants in this program attended six in-depth leadership trainings and completed supplemental leadership readings. Michelle also had the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of leaders from across the state. Michelle shared that one of her biggest takeaways from the experience was realizing that no single leadership style is “better” than another. Every style brings unique strengths to the table.
Congratulations, Michelle, on your commitment to growth and leadership excellence!
