Pictured below are Jason, Emma, and Kelsey and this awesome crew is getting it DONE! 💪✨

They’re working together to clean all the restrooms, mop the floors, keep the windows and doors spotless, and make sure supplies like toilet paper are fully stocked.

While working at RT33 Westbound, the group also helps keep the grounds clear of trash and sticks. Their teamwork and dedication truly keep the place looking its best!

We’re so proud of the effort they put in every day. What a great team to have out here! 👏

Last Monday during Recycling, Nathan went above and beyond to keep everyone safe by salting around the trailer and entryway to prevent slips and falls.
At one of the stops, he even took the initiative to pull bottles out of the bushes and place them in the recycling bin, helping keep the community clean and beautiful.

Nathan takes great pride in his work and his community, and it shows! 💪♻️
He even said we can print these photos and hang them around the building so everyone knows how well he works and we couldn’t agree more. Great job, Nathan!

We celebrated Valentine’s Day the best way we know how...BINGO, passing out treats and Valentine’s cards, singing, dancing, and enjoying some sweet treats! ❤️🍪

Our Photo Booth was a huge hit too, so many smiles, heart glasses, and fun memories made. Days like this remind us how special it is to celebrate together. 💕

Since 1981, RT has proudly maintained the rest areas on I-75 between Troy and Piqua, providing employment supports that create meaningful job opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. 🚧✨

For more than four decades, this partnership has helped individuals build skills, gain independence, and take pride in the important work they do every day. We’re honored to continue creating opportunities that empower people and strengthen our community.

At the end of 2024, the original rest area buildings were torn down between Troy and Piqua along I75 to make way for a brand-new, more inviting space that highlights local history with beautiful murals throughout the interior. There’s even a new Storybook Trail featuring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library books; such a special touch for families traveling through! 📚💛

We were honored to be part of the reopening today and even prouder to continue maintaining these new facilities for the community. Here’s to the next chapter!

Nathan is part of a larger group that helps keep the Miami East Board Office spotless by vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning windows as part of their regular contract. 🧹✨

Nathan’s favorite part? Giving back to the school he once attended. He loves dusting the photo displays and pointing out people who work at RT and are also Miami East alumni, a meaningful full-circle moment.

This contract is usually handled by a 3-person team, but this time Nathan completed the entire job on his own. We’re so proud of his hard work, commitment, and pride in his community. Great job, Nathan!

Our community-based Voc Hab group regularly gives back by volunteering at Have A Gay Day, helping fill food pantry bags for those in need. ❤️
This time, the group also took the opportunity to decorate rocks for the organization’s Friendship Garden, spreading kindness and color throughout the community.

Chugach took a trip to the Troy Library today to meet some very special dogs! 🐾
We had the chance to pet and learn about the important roles of service dogs, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs. It was a fun, educational experience filled with smiles, wagging tails, and meaningful connections!
