This may spark memories of carrying a hot bowl of ramen but it's a bit more of a challenge - walking one foot in front of the other (tandem walking) while holding a bowl of water straight out in front and focusing on the bowl. Notice there is also a wrist and ankle weight in the mix! Multitasking activity with a balance and strength component.
