Good news about SNAP!

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has directed its SNAP EBT vendor to begin issuing full benefits to recipients as soon as funding is received from the federal government.

According to the MDHHS, after a successful appeal by the FNS, SNAP recipients who normally receive benefits on the third, fifth or seventh of the month should get their full SNAP allotment within 48 hours of the state receiving their funds. More at the link in the comments.

Our Story

📷

Giving Tuesday was created to unite us all in a day of generosity, to make a difference in our communities any way we choose at the start of this busy holiday season. Giving Tuesday comes but once a year, so we are asking our community to show their love and support to DNOM and donate today!! We depend on the generosity of people, like you, who think our services are important to the community.
