We’re launching a brand-new pickleball clinic designed for adults with intellectual disabilities who want to learn the basics in a fun, low-pressure setting.

Feel the rhythm and unwind with us in Troy 🥁

We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 5–6 p.m. for a therapeutic drumming program open to everyone.
Participants explore hand drumming, simple musical activities, and the energy of creating sound as a group. No musical experience is needed — it is all about connection, creativity, and enjoying the process.

Connect, learn, and stay active with our Stroke Support Group in Clinton Township 💬

Held on the third Wednesday of the month from 12–2 p.m., this group is offered in collaboration with Henry Ford Hospital–Macomb and includes both social support and community-based recreation. Once registered, you will receive a quarterly newsletter with all meeting details plus monthly reminders.

Create, experiment, and have fun with art in Fort Gratiot 🎨!

This 6-session small-group class meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 1–2 p.m., January through March.

Try your hand at pottery, painting, pastels, and other creative projects. No experience needed, just bring your imagination! Adaptive equipment or modifications will be provided as needed. Participants who require one-on-one support are encouraged to attend with a caregiver.
