Do you really need a flu shot every year? The short answer is yes. 💉

According to the CDC, getting a flu shot can lower your risk of getting sick by 40–60 percent. An annual flu shot helps protect your health and can reduce the risk of serious complications, especially during the winter months.

We are proud to continue our partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to share trusted health information with our community. Learn more about how the flu shot works and why it matters in this article from MI Blue Daily:

Our Story

📷

Giving Tuesday was created to unite us all in a day of generosity, to make a difference in our communities any way we choose at the start of this busy holiday season. Giving Tuesday comes but once a year, so we are asking our community to show their love and support to DNOM and donate today!! We depend on the generosity of people, like you, who think our services are important to the community.
