Providence brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work and is deeply passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Her style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore the messy, meaningful work of growth and healing.

She has a special interest in supporting young adults and individuals who are processing childhood emotional wounds, high stress, perfectionism, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Whether you’re carrying stress that feels too heavy to hold alone or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, Providence meets you where you are with curiosity, care, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal.
