Mr. Gingerbread says the holidays are exhausting, and that you should definitely set healthy boundaries and protect your peace this holiday season!

Also, a HUUUUUUGE thank you to everyone who helped get things to the office for the family we adopted last minute this year. You guys really pulled through, and we are once again blown away by the generosity of people.

These kiddos could really use coats. Can anyone help?? We'd love to have them collected by Friday!

I know it's late in the Christmas season to be adopting a family, but we have been presented with a need for a close friend of one of our therapists who has taken an emergency foster placement of 3 boys who are in dire need of clothing, shoes, and other basic needs, in addition to some gifts for Christmas. We have very limited info, but would love for people to rally together and support this family.
You can drop things by our office at 131 Main Street in Troy, or have it mailed to us. In addition to that, you can also donate via venmo to and we will be sure to put it toward this family's needs.
Thanks in advance for any support you can provide! We are grateful for our precious community.

Enjoying some beautiful fresh air this afternoon while I'm on a break. If you haven't already, get outside and soak up the beautiful sun on your skin with a nice breeze. *sigh*

!!!Update: We found the photo and are attaching it to this post!!!

At the sensory friendly trunk or treat today, there was a sweet little girl who said her favorite book was "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" and wanted a picture with us. If you have that photo, we would sure love to see it!
