After Breast Augmentation 💉

You may feel tired and sore for a few days following your surgery. Most discomfort can be managed with prescribed medication. Immediately after surgery, a special support bra will be placed, along with instructions on how long to wear it.

You may experience a temporary burning sensation in the ni***es for about two weeks, which will gradually subside as bruising fades.

Most patients who have implants placed for mild drooping (ptosis) return to work within 2–3 days. Patients with implants placed under the muscle typically need about one week of recovery.

Breast augmentation surgery enhances the size and shape of a woman’s breasts. This procedure involves placing an implant behind each breast to achieve a fuller, more balanced appearance.

During your initial consultation with Dr. Stein, your health will be carefully evaluated. He will also discuss the most appropriate surgical techniques for your goals, based on your breast condition and skin tone.

If sagging is present, a breast lift may also be recommended.

Every effort is made to place incisions as discreetly as possible to help minimize visible scarring.

Implants are positioned either behind the breast tissue or beneath the pectoral muscle, depending on your anatomy and desired outcome, to create natural-looking results. ✨

Who is a Good Candidate?

If you are noticing:
• Jowling along the jawline
• Flattening in the cheeks
• Loose skin in the lower face

You may be a good candidate for a High SMAS facelift. The best way to know is a thoughtful consultation. No pressure. Just a conversation.

— Why I Do Not Believe in Overcorrection —
Faces age gradually.
They should be refreshed gradually.

An overly aggressive lift can distort natural anatomy. A properly performed High SMAS facelift respects it.

Subtle. Balanced. Timeless.

— If You Are Just Starting to Research —
If you are researching facelifts, here is my advice:

Don’t focus on the trendiest name.
Focus on:
• Experience
• Safety
• Natural outcomes

There is no one-size-fits-all procedure. The right technique is the one that fits you.

Safety First 🛡️
Patients often ask me about the difference between a High SMAS facelift and a deep plane facelift. Both are advanced techniques. The difference is how aggressively the deeper tissues are released.

With High SMAS, I can achieve a beautiful lift while staying in a very safe and well-defined surgical layer.
My priority is always results and safety — never one without the other.

The Goal Isn’t “Tighter.”
A facelift should not make you look tight.
It should restore what has gently fallen over time.

With High SMAS, we reposition the foundation of the face. When the structure is lifted properly, the skin simply redrapes naturally.
That is how we avoid that “wind tunnel” look.

What I Tell My Patients 😊

When someone comes in asking about a facelift, the first thing I hear is:
“I don’t want to look pulled.”

I agree.

That’s exactly why I prefer the High SMAS facelift technique. It lifts the deeper support layer of the face—not just the skin—so the result looks natural and relaxed.

You still look like you. Just more refreshed.

Why Technique Matters

Not all facelifts are the same.

The High SMAS technique allows me to lift the cheeks and jawline in a controlled way, without putting tension on the skin.

That’s important for two reasons:
• It looks more natural
• It heals more predictably
Good surgery should never look like surgery.

During the first few days after surgery, it is common to feel fatigue and mild soreness as your body adapts. Taking time to rest and allowing your body to heal properly can make a significant difference in your overall recovery experience and final results 💫

Considering breast augmentation?

This procedure involves placing an implant either behind the breast tissue or beneath the pectoral muscle to enhance shape, balance, and volume. This will be customized to your body and goals after a detailed consultation.✨

Tired Eyes??? OR Just tired of looking Tired???
Eyelid surgery, also called blepharoplasty, is a cosmetic procedure that improves the appearance of the upper eyelids and lower eyelids. It is one of the most popular facial procedures because it can make you look more rested, youthful, and refreshed—without changing your natural expression.

The blepharoplasty surgery of the upper eyes removes the excess skin, and fat pads if present, to create a more open, refreshed appearance.

The blepharoplasty surgery of the lower eyelids targets the under-eye bags and puffiness by removing the fat pads and this reduces puffiness, creating a smooth and natural contour—not hollow or overdone.

“The goal is always to make you look like a more rested version of yourself.”

Thermage is often considered "better" than some other non-surgical skin-tightening treatments. It tightens skin by boosting collagen.

Thermage uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to heat deeper layers of the skin. This heat causes existing collagen to contract and stimulates the body to produce new collagen. Collagen is what keeps skin firm and elastic. As you age, collagen decreases → sagging and wrinkles. Thermage helps rebuild it gradually; this leads to firmer, smoother skin and improved texture over several months.

One of Thermage's biggest advantages is that it is completely non-invasive:
✅ No incisions
✅ No needles or surgery
✅ Most people return to normal activities immediately after treatment

Many other treatments require multiple sessions to see results. Thermage is different:
1 treatment per year is enough for noticeable tightening. Results gradually improve over 3 - 6 months as collagen rebuilds.

Some treatments are limited to the face or neck. Thermage can be used on many areas, such as the abdomen, arms, and thighs.
