This April, take some time to reflect, model, and practice ways to cope with stress:
🎧Prioritize time for something you love: Take a walk, listen to music, or read.
☮️Practice mindfulness throughout your day: Try learning new breathing exercises!
🏃‍♀️‍➡️Move your body: Regular movement, even short walks, can reduce stress!
