Day 4 of another post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage training, this one with the lovely and we did leg work.

Can you guess which leg of mine got worked on?? 😆

And that leg that was worked has been grouchy for 2+ months due to a hip impingement. It feels amazing right now.

This is why you come see us for MLD work. It’s not about the aesthetics and sculpting you a flat stomach or vigorously scrubbing your skin (because I hate to break it to you, that’s not lymphatic drainage). Soft, slow, GENTLE work which translates to big changes inside of the body.
