Shaw Counseling Services Our mission is to create hope, empowerment, and peace of mind. The individuals who utilize my services are Adolescents (13+) and Adults.

My practice style is Client-Focused utilizing a Strengths-Based, Short-Term Solution-Focused approach. A Stages of Change Model along with Motivational Interviewing is utilized when addictive behaviors are identified. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are struggling with daily stressors, feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, or helplessness. Frequently, the stressors are the result of workplace, parenting, family, couple or other relationship conflicts.
