At Mountain Lotus Yoga we offer hot yoga, pilates, and aerial yoga classes, with warm yin and Bikram, as well as private yoga options. During the summer, we offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake, as well as Outdoor Aerial Yoga Classes on the spacious deck at our Tahoe City Studio. Our Café is open daily from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Join us for lunch, grab a coffee, or hang out and enjoy an adult beverage on our beautiful patio overlooking the mountains. We have a state-of-the-art, Live Music & Events Venue, and have quickly become a local favorite for awesome weekend events and intimate weddings! Our beautiful space is available for year-round private event bookings with full-service catering options provided by Mountain Lotus Provisions. Browse our online boutique at the Mountain Lotus Shop for locally designed apparel and hats, plus unique Lake Tahoe inspired yoga mats and clothing.

Tahoe City Studio Update

Our Tahoe City studio is currently closed due to water intrusion. 💧 We’re working with our team and partners to assess the damage and determine a timeline for reopening. At this time, the studio will remain closed until further notice. ⚠️

In the meantime, we’d love to welcome you to continue your practice at our Truckee studio, where our full schedule is running as usual. 🙏🧘‍♀️💛 Your support, patience, and flexibility mean so much to us as we navigate this unexpected situation.

Today, we’re feeling extra grateful for this beautiful community that shows up with open hearts, shared smiles, and a whole lot of love. We have so much here at Mountain Lotus — space to move, breathe, connect, and grow — and we’re endlessly thankful for the way this community gives that same energy right back.

At Breath, Renewal & Sound Healing you’ll step into a sacred space guided by Emily Weer & Troy Keeney, beginning with Kriya-inspired breathwork that clears the day, opens your heart, and softens your mind into stillness.

From there, the journey unfolds through an immersive sound healing experience — gongs, Tibetan + crystal bowls, flutes, chimes, mystical drums, and beautiful vocals woven together with intuitive artistry. It’s vibration, release, and deep restoration all in one.
