Yesterday on the first day of Winter Solstice, I felt a renewed sense of awakening, a stirring of something deep within which is slowly coming into being.

Every day I look in the direction of where this photo is taken and I greet Africa. I haven’t visited yet, but I feel her. There’s a magnetic resonance about that land that is strong from these Spanish shores.

Also, the color palette of nature is amazing! The way the Earth Mother harmonizes through resonance is divine 🌍

Daily nature time, to simply sit and listen makes space for us to connect with harmony and rhythm our bodies and mind seek.

How often do people look outside themselves for fulfillment, peace, purpose? The programming to keep us from the true nature of nature shows up in every direction.

Hiding or ignoring the programming won’t evolve us, nor will continuing to listen to the confusion of messaging which shifts us from need to want to desire on a daily basis.

Spend quiet time in nature
Observe how the divine rhythm operates
Welcome in the freshness of clarity
Ground and self adjust

Watch the birds flow
Track the ants on the move
See the wind on leaves
Tune in to the weather as it weaves its presence

It’s been 3 months since I moved to Spain 🇪🇸

And about 4.5 since I taught a class. Today I jumped in and did it in a new place with new people and a new vibe (Spain pace is different!)

And even though I’ve taught classes for many years, many times a week, I still felt nervous on the walk over to the studio.

Once I was on the mat, that nervousness, doubt, dialogue about not being good enough dropped away. Because I connected to the reason of why I choose to teach ⬅️

I teach because I love exercise and I enjoy building community while building strength and it’s super fun!

So here’s a message I’ve been meditating on this morning: Whenever we show up in the integrity of our heart, the worries and concerns dissolve. That heavy energy can’t sustain in the resonance of the heart.

Focusing on what we care about is powerful. 🔥🔥🔥

For some being in front of a camera comes easy, and for others (me 🙋🏻‍♀️) it feels super awkward.

We are connected This phrase showing up today through the flow of how present I choose to be.

I am really intending on being in this moment, moment by moment. Because when I slack on this, I feel it. It opens up doorways to concern, doubt, and bitterness. Then I have to retrace my steps back to being present and there’s a lot of clean up involved in that process!!!

So I’m here in life experimenting with a different route, one that doesn’t leave much space for my dialogue to get comfortable and sabotage every thought or action or word that comes out of my mouth.

The dialogue loves to mess with us through hijaking our emotions. We spin out emotionally and drain our energy feeling depleted. Emotions are information on where we are in relation to our baseline- our center of harmony.

A constant dance which means we must be present for what the rhythm calls for… 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
