Meet Angel Aquarian. 👋

A Hawaii-born yoga practitioner, Angel trained in Kerala, India, widely considered the birthplace of Ayurvedic medicine. Her time studying Ayurveda and experiencing food as nourishment shaped the way she approaches sustenance and care.

Those experiences led her to develop raw, vegan dessert recipes rooted in simplicity, balance, and intention.

After years of practice, Angel founded Angelic Foods, a Tahoe-based raw dessert company focused on thoughtful ingredients and gentle indulgence.

Meet Farida ✨

A native of Kenya and a Kings Beach local since 2000, Farida brings a lifetime of curiosity and care to every session. She began practicing foot massage at just 12 years old, and by 15 was exploring the teachings of Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay, Ayurveda, and Bach Flower remedies. That early spark grew into certifications across massage, yoga therapy, energy healing, aromatherapy, breathwork, sound healing, and more.

Farida’s work blends massage and meditation to support deep relaxation, release tension, and help the body return to balance. Her touch is both nurturing and effective. Strong enough to ease sore muscles, gentle enough to calm the nervous system.

Each session is intuitive and client-centered, weaving together elements of Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, acupressure, shiatsu, hot stone, and yoga-inspired stretching. The result is a massage that feels deeply restorative, grounding, and genuinely refreshing.
