Spreading news that Western Sierra Medical Clinic in Kings Beach is accepting new patients (adults and children).
They offer bilingual care in English and Spanish and are available only one day per week. Plans to expand are based on community need. Medi-Cal dental covers one adult cleaning / two children cleanings per year. Please pass along.

As we look to the future today on election day I wanted to thank Town of Truckee, County of Nevada, CA, Placer County Government and Tahoe Forest Health System for coming together last week to approve a location for a one year pilot navigation center. Looking forward to tomorrow’s board meeting. President and CEO Anna Roth will give her monthly highlights and we will recognize the Tahoe Forest Health System Briner Imaging Center’s recent achievement in being a Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence. To get this they need to submit >90% of quality data but also be in the top 25% of those that submit.
