Brain food in its simplest form 🧠✨
As a registered dietitian, I’m always reminding clients that what you snack on matters—especially for long-term brain health. As a dietitian with multiple sclerosis, I try to practice this as much as possible
• **Walnuts** are rich in ALA omega-3 fatty acids → linked to improved cognitive function and reduced inflammation (important for everyone, but especial with multiple sclerosis)
Regularly including nuts like these may support:
✔ Memory and focus
✔ Reduced risk of cognitive decline
✔ Stable energy (no sugar crashes)
💡 Dietitian tip: Aim for a small handful (about ¼ cup) as a snack or sprinkle on salads, yogurt, or oatmeal.
Simple. Nourishing. Brain-supportive.
