Massage therapy doesn’t have to be fancy to be effective.
Most of the work I do is actually pretty simple:
• listening to what’s going on in your body
• paying attention to how your tissue responds
• adjusting pressure and technique in real time
Massage isn’t about chasing trends or promising miracles. It’s about helping your nervous system settle down, improving circulation, and giving your body the space it needs to heal.
