EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Introducing Soulful Healing Arts, my next iteration....

As I am ever evolving so my business and how it functions and exists in the world....right now my focus is on being creative and sharing those creations....

So....I have decided to reopen my etsy shop....its essentially empty space at the moment, but I'd love for you all to follow so you can know when it starts filling up!!

Hey there my Om & Flow community.....

I haven't been super active on this page in a while, but I really do appreciate all of you...

So I wanted to check in and let you know that I am working on a rebrand currently, so what does that mean...

Om & Flow as a brand will fade out and will be replaced, so things like the website, and eventually the email will no longer be used...

Most everything else will stay the same, the products that I make as Om & Flow will continue and get a face lift, classes and workshops will continue, and there is much expansion in the plans as well!

I just wanted to touch base and invite you all to continue with me in this next phase of the journey together...

Stay tuned as new amazing things begin to reveal themselves, there's some magic brewing....

Rainy days are perfect for rearranging furniture.....

The energy in our homes can become stagnant....its important to take time to freshen up our spaces...it doesn't always have to be a full overhaul like I'm about to do...a good cleaning and decluttering can have the same effect...or swap some little decorative pieces around your home...add a little cleansing ritual and really take it to the next level!
