We now offer a mat Pilates class on Thursdays at 4:30pm!

Experience the original Pilates mat work: a series of exercises that move the spine in all directions all while keeping you focused on your powerhouse (the muscles of your abdominals, back and hips). Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates: Concentration, Control, Center, Flow, Precision and Breath. Participants can expect to work on the foundational movements of Pilates in order to master and advance the classic exercises, making this adaptable for all levels!

It's not too late! Sign up for Anna's Yoga for Beginners 6-week series and join us on Saturday.

Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Our 6-week Yoga for Beginners series is just for you!
Participants will practice foundational yoga asanas (poses) that will lead to improved body awareness, increased mobility/flexibility, and improved functional strength!

Each class consists of learning the anatomy and proper alignment of a specific yoga pose, followed by a gentle yoga flow where participants can practice their new skills and relax their nervous system.
No yoga experience is necessary! Come prepared to both learn and relax while you strengthen and stretch.

Join Anna on January 3rd at 10:30am for a Yin Yoga Intention-Setting workshop.
You'll be guided through various yin poses to allow the physical body to release tension and the mind to slow down. Anna will suggest affirmations with each pose, urging you to think about what you want for yourself in the coming year. After each pose, there will be time to reflect and journal (small journals will be available to you, but feel free to bring your own!).

Leave this workshop with a clear idea of how you want your 2026 to look and feel!
