Don’t forget! Yoga for menopause and beyond is tomorrow, Wednesday at 8am.

Anna’s new class format is designed to both challenge and support those experiencing mid-life changes.

INTRODUCING
🌸Second Spring: Yoga for Menopause and Beyond🌸
Wednesdays 8am

This 50-minute class is designed to support women navigating menopause and the years beyond. All levels are welcome - whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat.

Hormonal shifts can impact sleep and stress levels, joint comfort, muscle mass, and bone density. This intentional, strength-focused flow is designed to build muscle, support bone density, and improve balance while still nourishing the nervous system, easing stress, and reducing chronic pain.

You’ll be challenged. You’ll be supported. And you’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and more at home in your body. While this class was created primarily for women in menopause and beyond, supportive men are welcome, too!

Bring a friend and step into your Second Spring.

Our 6-week New to Pilates series will cover the basics of both mat and reformer Pilates. Gain strength and confidence in your practice for group classes and beyond.

Each hour-long class meets Thursdays at 6:30pm beginning March 12. Cost is $175 for 6 sessions. Registration required.

Yoga Foundations starting soon!

If you missed Anna's last series, here's another chance to build your yoga foundation.
In this 6-week series, participants will practice foundational yoga asanas (poses) that will lead to improved body awareness, increased mobility/flexibility, and improved functional strength!

In each hour-long class, the first 10 minutes will be dedicated to learning the anatomy and proper alignment of a specific yoga pose. Students will have time to ask questions and get feedback on their form. The last 50 minutes of class will be an enjoyable gentle yoga flow where participants can practice their new skills and relax their nervous system.

No yoga experience is necessary! Come prepared to both learn and relax while you strengthen and stretch. All props provided.
