Residents of White Oak continued to spread holiday cheer by attending The Nutcracker, presented by the Hendersonville Ballet and showcasing the incredible talent of White Oak's own Joy Shanahan. The students' outstanding performance left a lasting impression on all who attended, and next year's show is already eagerly awaited.

The White Oak Christmas Carolers, a group of apartment residents and staff members, presented a performance for their peers on Friday and the residents in the nursing center today. We appreciate seeing the smiling faces and everyone singing along, which truly captures the spirit of Christmas.

“Christmas at the Fitz” proved to be an unforgettable evening for White Oak Village at Tryon residents. Everyone relished a night of dancing, savoring a delectable meal, and rejoicing in the holiday season with friends. Our gratitude goes to the Fitzgerald for hosting this year’s signature event!

Our trip to the Aquarium & Shark Lab by Team E.C.C.O. in Hendersonville was a great way to immerse ourselves in life beneath the waves! This aquarium is definately a hidden secret that you will not want to miss!

White Oak Village at Tryon observed Veterans Day with a special ceremony, followed by a wine and cheese reception. We sang the National Anthem, recited the Pledge of Allegiance, acknowledged each resident who served, learned the significance of the folding of the American flag and concluded with a special address honoring the Veterans and their contributions to our country. We extend our gratitude to the men and women who served our great nation.

Halloween was a total hit at White Oak Village as the apartment and wellness team unleashed their inner ‘80s rock stars! With big hair, leather pants, and plenty of attitude, they brought serious AC/DC energy and rocked the day away.
