White Oak of Tryon

White Oak of Tryon, located near St. Luke's Hospital, provides long term nursing care and short term Luke’s Hospital.

White Oak of Tryon is a 70 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from St. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. Additionally, we offer independent living at our White Oak Village Apartments, as well as assisted living at Benson Hall. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Tryon is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Our residents stayed warm and cozy while painting snowflakes and turning a winter day into something bright and cheerful. Sometimes the best snow days happen inside!

We had a wonderful Christmas party today. We even had a very special guest, Mrs. Claus! We so appreciate her taking the time to stop by during her busiest time of year.

We want to say a special thank you to our staff and community whose donations ensured each resident received a Christmas present. Thank you for helping make this Christmas a little extra merry!

Last week we had a Halloween party and hosted some spooky Trick or Treaters! We wanted to say thank you to all that donated candy for our residents to hand out and to everyone who came to trick or treat with us!

The Apartments Next door will also be Hosting a Trunk or Treat!

We had fun painting pumpkins with the help from the Polk County High School HOSA Club! Also, we have a couple of Boxes put out for donations such as Candy, playdoh, stickers, etc. items for the Residents to pass out on Halloween to the Trick or Treaters. The Life Enrichment Team would greatly appreciate your help on this!
