Reminder: for Tomorrow:
10 A.M. - Silversneakers Classic with Elfreda
6:30:P.M. - Yoga with Traci Shroud

All classes will have entrance through outside door only. Bring your own mats and props, wear a mask to class...bring your own water bottles. All classes can only hold 15 folks due to social distancing. Come earlier to be prepared for temperature checks , covid waiver w questions, hand sanitizing and assigned spacing.

We miss you and understand if you are not ready yet but this is for those who are.. No negative opinions in the comments.
