Peace, if you can stay committed first and foremost w/ self accountability, hard work, and most importantly, not giving up when life gets in the way(bc that’s always going to happen) no excuses mindset. I promise, I will do my part and meet you half way. S/O to for your consistency and dedication, one year completed, and we are still working. For all her hard work during the time she was training with me & talking me to death during every session😂🤦🏽‍♂️. But, for those that know, it's harder to maintain weight loss/toning the smaller you become. One ex, your metabolism slows down causing less calories to be burn. Also, Nikki had major surgery that unfortunately forced her to stop training for almost 3 mos. So, technically during those 8 mos, she really pushed and worked hard for 5 1/2 to see her results. She is a part of my 50plus club crew. And,this is a constant reminder to let us know that their is no age limit to achieving your goals if you put your mind to it. It's a lot I can say about ! It's only so much a trainer/Coach can do. We can set you up with a meal plan. We can write out and put into action a 4,8,12 week workout plan . We can have the daily check ins, etc.. But, at the end of the day, it's up to the client if he or she is dedicated enough on their end to make that shift mentally and physically. Andrea is one of those ppl. From the first day we met, she was telling me all the things she didnt want to do. Looking at her watch and letting me know that her session was almost up. Now, she is doing ALL of the things that she said she didnt want to do . And, now she is actually looking forward to doing anything that I challenge her to do as well as giving a damn about how much time she has left in her session. Clothes dont lie and numbers dont lie. These same sweat pants when she first started, she could barely get them over her navel. They are almost swallowing you whole, now😂. At the end of the day,I leave my team with this. You can train with whomever ppl feel is the best trainer/Coach around. But, if you arent mentally ready to put yourself through this "marathon grind" in and out the gym. I promise you, all you are doing is wasting time and basically fooling yourself at the end of the day. Andrea, I appreciate you and the hard work that you bring to the table. When you fell off, you got right back on. No one said it's going to be easy, but it's all worth it! Mad credit to you, b/c the last 3 mos you did this doing Virtual Training! All levels are welcome to attend. 40 mins of bodyweight(HIIT)work in the comfort of your own home. No matter what level anyone is on, we go hard and have fun. Certain exercises we will go to the beat of the song, especially if its core ie: in this video. If you want to get it in w/us before you get out for the holiday festivities. The link/info is at the end of the post. Just some of the exercises we did last weekend, below.

3. 10 high knees/seal Jack's
4. power jacks/speed squats
5. 6 mtn climbers/1 Plank up

7. Seal Claps, I Surrender & knee Taps
8. Elbow Taps, Rocking Planks & Pike Planks
without rest for time or the entire song of choice while working out!
