I AM Autumn, the Herbal Queen, a super excited, passionate and highly experienced Certified Detoxification and Fasting Specialist, Holistic Nutritionist and Vegan Transition Coach who, over 10 years ago, decided to answer the call to help change lives where it mattered the most. I AM EVERYTHING health and nutrition! Let me tell you my story...

My journey as a health and fitness professional began at the age of 19, when I decided to stop eating red meat and drinking cows milk. I was never able to digest meat properly and I would double over in pain after a bowl of cereal,/ so I just stop eating it all together and thats when I noticed a big difference in how I felt after eating, very light, energetic, with no stomach pains.. and it pretty much just spiraled from there. At the same time I’m noticing how my whole family was overweight and ultimately unhealthy, but just dubbing it “The Fat Gene”. I saw how no amount of dieting or exercising made a difference and everyone was on some sort of medication. Then came the deaths. Cancer topped the list. One day my sister called me saying she was diagnosed with Gallbladder Disease. That was the last straw for me. I had already lost my mother to liver disease and now I was going to do whatever that was in my power to heal my sister. First, I needed to learn more about the disease, so I took matters into my own hands and started my quest to cure her holistically. I studied ailments, herbs, herbal combinations, and treatments, daily. I studied different detoxification methods, I studied holistic nutrition and I studied different Dr.’s, University Professors and Herbalists, and then, I sent her this big ole box of herbs and books and stuff and I said “do you love me?” She said “yes, why?” I said do you trust me?” She slowly and very hesitantly said “yyyeeesss” I said “good cause I just sent you a box of “stuff” with some instructions and I want you to follow all the directions step by step, ok?”...and thats exactly what she did. She dedicated herself and stayed disciplined to her treatment protocol. She also lost 27 pounds, and reversed her condition completely with no other symptoms or side effect, all over the course of a two month time span!

I wasn't shocked though. I was happy, but not shocked. I realized that if people had more information they could probably do more about their health conditions and thats why I created HQE. I decided to create a platform that would take the guess work out of the equation when trying to heal naturally. Because everyone is different and require their own unique treatment plan, after our consultation, I will create a custom Medicinal Herb Kit, Detoxification Program, age specific Vegan Transition Program or Mucusless Diet Healing System to aid in reversing ailments where otherwise you would be taking medications for the rest of your life, if let your Doctor tell it.
