This week, as the industry celebrates its leaders during , we're shining a light on the heart of The Terraces at Seacrest: our Executive Director, CALA, Kelly Reilly.

Being an administrator for 12 years and counting, Kelly has reflected on why she was called to this role. She shared, "I became an administrator because I wanted to make a real difference in the lives of the residents I was caring for."

She found her calling in inspiring and leading a team that shares that same passion—people who show up every day with compassion, purpose, and a steadfast commitment to doing what’s right for residents. She found that team here at The Terraces at Seacrest.

We’re honored to share a recent testimonial from resident Susan Dolan, who has found comfort, connection, and joy within our community:

“I have been living at The Terraces for about a month now. My daughter had suggested I move into an assisted living. She looked at several and felt The Terraces was the best fitted for me. As soon as I moved in I took notice of the other residents and how happy they all looked. I was surprised at all the games and activities that are offered here. I also was surprised at how friendly everyone was to me. My days are good. I especially like that I get to do things at my own pace. I feel I have the freedom to do things in my apartment and I can join in social events of my choosing. The entire community has a sense of happiness. The staff are friendly and kind to me. My favorite experience so far is the socialization I have. The Terraces is a safe and happy place to live.”

Celebrating the beauty of memories shared across three generations.

Resident Renee Branz recently enjoyed an afternoon with her son, Bernie, and grandson, Corey, as they flipped through photo albums and created a meaningful shadowbox together. As a cherished member of our Journeys Memory Care program, Renee was deeply moved while revisiting photographs of special moments with loved ones. With care and intention, she selected each image to preserve in her shadowbox; a touching tribute to a life filled with love, family, and lasting memories.

Our thoughtfully designed memory care neighborhood supports individuals at every stage of dementia, offering families peace of mind in knowing their loved one is surrounded by compassion, safety, dignity, and emotional support each day.
