Last Saturday in MFR Self Care class, we filled the room! 12 people releasing at once... So much good energy!!!

This Saturday we will have a bigger room. Get yourself a Green Valley Recreation account by calling (520) 625-3440 then sign up or just drop in to class! We will be in the Ironwood room. Bring a workout/yoga mat.

Thrilled to be practicing in AZ at last! My massage license finally came through😅 On Tuesdays and Thursdays you can find me at the Santa Rita Lodge Wellness Center. The mountains are a powerful place to receive Myofascial Release therapy, my specialty. Madera Canyon, where the lodge is located has been attracting people for centuries and has a rich cultural history. Today people come to hike, recreate and bird watch with the canyon boosting over 250 species of birds! The Lodge, with a coffee shop and gift store, also caters to the birds so you get to sit and watch the spectacle while you're there. Much love everyone!
