Oak Haven Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to join our team in a 12-hour shift position:

🕒 Schedule:
• Thursdays: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fridays: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

✨ Requirements:
• Must meet all Arizona state requirements for Assisted Living Caregivers
• Current AZ Caregiver Certification (or equivalent per AZ regulations)
• Valid CPR/First Aid
• Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• TB test and any other state-required health clearances
• Reliable, compassionate, and a team player who loves working with seniors 💛

We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to join our team. This overnight position is perfect for someone who enjoys making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment when needed.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior.
• Administer medications as directed (if applicable).

Requirements:
• Prior caregiving experience.
• Caregiver certification, CPR, or First Aid.
• Valid Fingerprint Card.
• Completed 2-Step TB test.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Must pass a background check.
• Clear APS report.
