We serve young people ages 5-24 to help with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma & anger.

Our hope is to help children and families know that they are not alone in what they are going through & provide them with a safe place to begin their healing journey.

Elizabeth shares her quote from her favorite band of all time, U2 👏🏻

Elizabeth shares, "My favorite band of all time is U2 because not only are they incredibly talented musicians but they carry messages of hope in their music. My favorite U2 song is probably Pride (In the Name of Love) that is a tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. and all those who have sacrificed their lives for a cause of equality and justice, particularly through non-violent resistance. While the song's lyrics refer to King's assassination on April 4, they also connect to other spiritual and historical figures who embody this spirit of love and resilience".
