Another revolution around the sun is complete, I am another year older (hopefully wiser too!), another year of lessons, of perseverance, but also more of peace (even if hard fought and hard won).

Celebrating a lot of changes as I say goodbye to this past year,
both personally and professionally. This next year will show a return of some modalities, a resurgence of advocating for the lesser utilized ones, and the retiring of some parts of the practice as the pace of my life deserves a shift.
