Tucson Pilates Connection Wellness Center Let’s move better together! We work with clients with neurological disorders, such as MS and Parkinson's. We also work with clients with scoliosis.

At Tucson Pilates Connection, we’re here to support you every step of the way—whether you want to feel healthier, recover from an injury, or take your fitness to the next level. We work with clients who have undergone hip/knee replacements post physical therapy to continue to improve their gait and strengthen their core.
