NEW BLOG! There's a quiet shift that begins to happen in midlife. It doesn’t arrive with a loud announcement or a checklist, it arrives as a feeling. A gentle nudge, and maybe a question that rises from somewhere deeper within.

✨Is this still aligned with who I am becoming? ✨

For many women, this season opens the door to spirituality. Not in the religious sense. No rules, and not something outside of ourselves. Rather, it’s something deeply personal, expansive, and alive!💯

Spirituality in midlife often becomes less about seeking answers and more about remembering. Remembering who we are beneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the expectations we have carried for decades… and actually generations!

✨Welcome Carone!✨
Carone is a new Tucsonian transplant from Michigan. She brings with her 30 years of practicing and 6 years of teaching yoga, sound healing, breathwork, reiki and energy healing, as well as neuro-emotional coaching with a heart for others in recovery from addiction, being 8 years sober herself.

We look forward to Carone bringing her unique style of playing crystal bowls, trauma informed yoga, and Mystery School teachings. She is an initiated adept, teacher and guide through the 7th Ray Mystery School of Utah.

Mobile Mutual Aid = A voluntary, reciprocal exchange of resources and support among community members, often in response to unmet needs or systemic inequalities.✨

Restoration Room will be hosting Community on Wheels on Sun. April 19 12-1pm, so you can learn about what they do and how they support our Tucson CommUNITY with mobile mutual aid. 💗

Emerge Action Fund has opened applications for Leaders Emerge in Tucson, Arizona March 28th & 29th! Leaders Emerge is the place for leadership development for self identifying women and nonbinary people within the New American Majority.

Leaders Emerge is a brave space where self-identifying women and nonbinary people come to not only hone their skills, but build relationships through honest conversations about the impact of culture and identity on ourselves, each other, and our communities.

Happy Birthday to Me! It's my BIRTHDAY on Tuesday, March 24th! That means I'll be turning 55 years young - and what a gift of life I have been blessed with.

To celebrate, please join me, on Tuesday at 5:30pm, at our Heart Song Circle where we sing songs of joy, passion and love. Songs with beautiful lyrics that stir your heart, helping you see you are more than you know! Songs that we send out into the world, trusting that as our voices rise together, we create hope and healing for all. Songs that are easy to learn and sing, or simply listen to.
