Hello and welcome!
My name is Mia and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. I have recently started my business, The Massage Table, operating out of Rooted Integrative Wellness.

I specialize in John F. Barnes Myofasical Release, a gentle technique for chronic pain, postural disorders and blocked energy. I also offer a variety of modalities to suit my client’s needs, including Swedish, deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Reiki and therapeutic stretching.

I have seen long-term results by combining myofascial release with massage and bodywork and am passionate about helping clients return to their lives pain-free.
