Join TC as she takes you on a journey of frequency. You will travel inside and gain a deeper understanding of who you are. A deeper understanding of energy, frequency, and healing. The session will begin with a guided energy meditation to enhance the movement of energy through your 7 main chakras and glide into conscious breath work. Then begins the sound! TC employs a 28-inch gong, 7 crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and a shamanic drum to take your brain into bliss bringing it into higher states of consciousness (think Alpha, Theta, and even Delta waves). The frequencies of the instruments change patterns (waves) of brain activity influencing science-backed benefits that include:
