“ Howdy everybody, I’m Damien! I grew up always traveling, due to a military household. I went to college and played Division 1 Men’s Volleyball in Campbellsville, Kentucky for four years where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness & Wellness! I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and have worked with all demographics in the Fitness and Recovery Industry. My personal mission statement to my members at Stretch Zone is to always make sure you are heard, understood, and have your goals met each session. Hi!, My name’s Marshall. I recently moved to the wonderfully warm town of Tucson from Montana where I achieved degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology. I have a background in competitive weightlifting and strength training. Been a competitive weightlifter for over 8 years. I have a wide range of experience in the health and fitness industry as well as, the field of Psychology. I am a certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition specialist. I am excited to bring my expertise and experience to Stretch Zone because I am enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals and providing assistance along the journey. As we enter a new season here in Tucson, we like to reflect on the things we do have control over. Like our daily and weekly habits. Stretching will help to relieve stress, improve sleep and circulation, and most importantly reduce the risk of injury. We encourage our members to stay consistent with their mobility and weekly routines and the results will speak for themselves! Originally from Southern California, Ken moved to Tucson about 15 years ago, drawn to the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. After a long career in the medical device and healthcare industries, including leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies and early-stage businesses in the surgical, orthopedic, and spinal markets, retirement wasn’t quite enough to keep him busy. Combining his professional background with a passion for fitness and wellness, Ken became a Certified Personal Trainer (NFPT) and Certified Health Coach (ACE). She is a personal trainer and passionate about health & wellness! She is certified by NASM as an all around trainer and a nutritionist.
